Production /Inventory Planning (1 year assignment)

We are currently hiring for our next Production Scheduler/Inventory Planner in Breinigsville, PA
Thisis a temporary assignment. The expected assignment dates are Jan 1 2019 ? Dec 312019.
WhatYou'll Do:
Conduct daily transfer transactions for finishedgoods in SAP.
Conduct daily reconciliations of finished goodswith shipping/receiving/shuttle service.
Conduct sales order goods issue transactions in SAPas required.
Conductweekly cycle counting of finished goods and raw materials as required.
Evaluatebrewery finished good floor inventory position weekly and recommend correctiveactions.
Trouble-shootmaterial discrepancies and achieve timely resolution.
Providerecommendations on inventory management improvement as applicable.
WhatWe're Looking For:
Prior experiencein warehousing, inventory management, or production planning is preferred butnot required.
Knowledgeof SAP and Warehouse Management systems preferred.
Strongfollow through and communication; both written and interpersonal
Able towork independently with minimal direction
Demonstratedability to be successful in a collaborative team environment
Abilityto be flexible and shift priorities in a constantly changing, fast-paced workenvironment
Highlyeffective multi-tasker; resourceful with a "get-it-done, can-do" attitude.
Analyticalthought process with ability to recognize issues outside of documented process
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office to include Excel & Outlook
Self-starter,proactive and ability to work in an unsupervised environment while maintainingdaily, weekly and monthly departmental goals
Must beable to travel within a 15-mile radius to conduct counts at contract locations
May require off shift/weekend work and extendedoff-site work as needed
Able to achieve and maintain sit-down forkliftcertification

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
