Regional Continuous Improvement Manager

We currently have an opening for Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to be based in our Breinigsville, PA location and report to the Vice President of Regional T&P;. This role will cover 2 additional Allentown facilities and serves as the center of expertise for dissemination, guidance and implementation of Nestl Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodologies, with the purpose of the identification, analysis and elimination of losses:

  • Lead the development and roll out of the TPM and FI strategy aligned with the Business priorities for the Region;
  • Be the main point of contact for the various NCE components which include compliance, goal alignment and problem solving;
  • Partner with Regional Vice President, Plant Manager and plant leadership team around NCE initiatives and ensure communication across all levels;
  • Interface with HR to assess culture change and progress around leadership development initiatives and employee engagement
  • Provide training and coaching to the factory leaders, project leaders and other as needed on the NCE methodologies
  • Assess and report status and results of DMAIC projects to relevant managers and stakeholders
  • Responsible for deploying and managing Industrial Performance activities: Capacity management and performance metrics

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified with DMAIC knowledge
  • 3+ years leading Six Sigma/DMAIC project and coaching others on DMAIC
  • 5+ years strong practical experience with TPM implementation
  • Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment desired
  • Strong grasp of the business with highly developed analysis, influencing , and change management skills
  • Willingness to embrace the Nestle One Model, Leadership Management and Leadership Principles
  • Experience in leading large teams with success
  • Ability to develop and build strategies and also deploy concepts successfully
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership with strong influencing, listening and communication skills
  • Planning, organizing and analytical skills, including developed project management skills
  • Strong PC skills, including the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab and DMAIC & Statistical related tools

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
