Quality Control Quality Control Supervisor

Currently CDS is looking for a qualified Training/Quality Control Supervisor for our Breinigsville, PA location. CDS offers competitive wage rates, excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement and the ability to enroll in the company's 401(k) plan.


Position Summary: Executes goals and objectives set by the Quality Control Manager to ensure excellent service to our customers, both internal and external. This position will have dual responsibilities for coordinating, training, Kaizen and overseeing all facility training and safety initiatives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned as required by the Quality Control Manager.


1. Comply with the Company's attendance/tardiness standards as well as all other company policies, procedures, and expected standards of behavior.


2. Conduct all employee training and re-training at the Illinois facility


3. Manages and updates all training records and ensures compliance to all statutory training and/or certification requirements


4. Monitor new hires, help with floor training, and ensure compliance to CDS policies and procedures


5. Coordinate with facility management in organizing and documenting safety meetings


6. Serves as a role model for all staff by creating a workplace culture focused on safety


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Expertise in developing and implementing training tools

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with project management

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/training experience in a distribution center environment


Preferred Qualifications:


Knowledge of J.J. Keller, OSHA and all types of forklifts is preferred but not required





Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
