Buckeye Partners is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with project management and engineering experience in the Oil & Gas Industry to join our growing team!

Role
Summary:
The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for providing safe, environmentally sound, reliable and cost effective project management for pipeline and terminal construction and maintenance projects through planning, developing AFEs, estimates, project scopes, procurement, bid reviews, etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
Project Management. Leading the development of project scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, work plans, and resource requirements as part of the initiation and planning phases of the project life cycle.
Relocation Projects. Directing and managing new pipeline and major relocation projects including engineering design, scheduling, survey, right-of-way acquisition, material procurement, pre-bid and construction, start-up, commissioning and cost and status reporting.
Project Approvals. Working with both Customer Services Department and Asset Team to evaluate and obtain approval of changes to project scopes of work, budgets, and/or schedules.
Reporting. Developing and distributing current reports regarding project status.
Project Completion. Ensuring development of Construction and Operational Punch Lists and completion of project documentation such as as-built drawings, operating manuals, PM's, equipment tagging, device settings, and Completion Certificates.
Right of Way. Assisting in reviewing construction plans submitted by third parties to ensure that proposed land development does not interfere with continued, safe pipeline operations, preparing appropriate recommendations to third parties to ensure compliance with Buckeye's Right-of-Way Use Restriction Specifications and DOT regulations and designing, evaluating, and recommending pipeline protective measures.
New Projects. Managing feasibility studies, prepared internally or by an outside consultant, that involve new pipelines.
Training. Mentoring and training, at the direction of the Vice President, Technical Services, Project Managers regarding project management.
And other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
Master's Degree in related discipline is a plus.
10
years combined experience in Project Management and Engineering in pipelines or other related industry required.
10-25% travel

Certificates & Licenses:
PE/EIT registration desirable.
PMP desirable.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
