Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and assisting with various office tasks.
The ideal candidate is a multitasker with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Duties - Greet and assist drivers in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying - Schedule time off requests, vacations, and maintain calendars - Assist with personal assistant duties as needed Experience - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred - Knowledge of office procedures and equipment - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) - Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer service experience is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
