In business for 30years we provide the Lehigh Valley with quality remodeling work ranging from small repair work to total whole house renovations and large additions.
We are currently looking for an Office Production Manager/Estimator to join our team.
Responsibilities Take customers through the product selection process Estimate small to large projects.
Some projects will be extremely difficult and need a strong understanding of residential construction to accurately estimate Use estimating software to create estimates Schedule all jobs and change schedules as needed Communicate daily with home owners Keep change orders on projects up to date Apply for job permits Set up inspections for job sites Cad skills or Chief Architect skills not necessary but a plus Qualifications Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to multi-task Ability to make quick decisions and work in a fast-paced environment Good personality with effective communication skills Positive attitude Must have experience in residential construction Motivated and a quick learner Benefits Paid Vacation 401K Dental Salary:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
